Padmanav Kundu has joined as the head of rewards at Malaysian airlines AirAsia.
In his new job, Kundu will lead and give key heading to the development of pay, benefit, and rewards philosophy and framework across all markets in AirAsia Group, in arrangement with the business system.
A profoundly energetic and experienced senior expert with more than 30 years of involvement with human asset and business Finance, Kundu has been effectively planning and conveying vital bearing to the organizations across areas of BFSI, HRO, BPO/KPO, Telecom, FMCG, and Tire Industry.
He has performed high effect jobs in capacities including individuals technique, all-out remunerations, HR change, advantages, and wellbeing, trust the executives, HR innovation, HR activities, and versatility.
In his past job, he was Director HR at NatWest Group in India.
