Are you a highly skilled Embedded Software Developer with a deep technical background and over 10 years of relevant experience Join our team as a Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer where youll lead functional development across critical automotive domains. In this role youll apply your expertise to shape early development cycles and influence system engineering technical roadmaps and strategies across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform endtoend functional development: from requirement breakdown and software design to implementation testing and verification.
• Specialize in a technical domain such as Vehicle HMI Combustion Engine Aftertreatment Electromobility Powertrain Control Control Theory Mechatronics or Diagnostics.
• Lead system engineering initiatives within technical teams ensuring quality and readiness before release.
• Drive integration and collaboration networking across teams and sites to influence project direction.
• Take ownership of earlystage development phases contributing to technical roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Mentor and support team members acting as a recognized subject matter expert and coach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded software applications with expertise in system engineering and functional development.
• Proven project leadership skills with a strong Tshaped profile offering both depth in a technical area and a mature generalist skill set.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication with a track record of contributing to project roadmaps and industryaligned strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to link technical work to broader business and technical objectives.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on knowledgesharing and team development.
