We are seeking a compassionate, ethical, and detail-oriented Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

Manage the estate planning process, from design to client delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Oversee probate and trust administration, including managing paralegals and making court appearances.
Work directly with clients to assess their needs, strategize, and develop personalized estate plans.
Draft essential legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Ensure all legal work is completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
Collaborate closely with the legal team to uphold high standards and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in estate planning, with a strong focus on taxable estates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Actionstep is preferred.
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for licensing within 3 months.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
Ability to work independently on complex estate planning cases with minimal supervision.
Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to Wealthcounsel and Eldercounsel document preparation, if not already familiar.
Capable of managing a demanding caseload, including client meetings, document drafting, and occasional litigation.
Comfortable providing regular updates on case progress to senior leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $135,000, based on experience.
Quarterly performance bonuses with potential for annual earnings over $200,000.
