Synergy HomeCare of Calhoun is seeking a Registered Nurse on a PRN basis to conduct in-home C.A.R.E. assessments with new and existing home care clients who need personal care (assistance with ADLs), companionship, or respite care covering the Calhoun, Rome, Summerville, Adairsville, Trion, Plainville, Waleska, Fairmount, Lyerly and the surrounding areas.

Essential Requirements:

Registered Nurse - Licensed in GA
1 yr plus experience preferred
CPR certified
First Aid certified
Annual negative TB Test
Strong verbal and written communication skills
