Job Title: Sr. Business System Analyst (ESRI GISSAP)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite at Gas Company Tower Los Angeles)

Local candidates only

Must Have: ESRI ArcGIS GISSAP Utility background i.e. Sempra PG&E etc

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Business System Analyst with strong ESRI GISSAP skills to join the Opus Program which is focused on transforming work management across Transmission Storage Distribution and Customer Service. This role will help design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency safety and datadriven decisionmaking to support SoCalGas Aspire 2045 goals.

Key Responsibilities:

A bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related discipline (e.g. Geographical Information System)
5 years of seniorlevel experience in business application design development installation and modification in an online environment
Experience with structured design development and implementation of new computing architectures
Proficient with SAP S4 integration with GIS and knowledge of SAP Spatial Asset Management
Utilities industry experience is highly preferred
Experience with developing/implementing solutions on ESRI ArcGIS platforms including FieldMaps
Experience with ArcGIS Portal/Enterprise using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular) and REST APIs
Experience with Mobile GIS field applications (Windows and iOS devices) using ArcGIS Runtime SDK
Experience with ArcGIS desktop applications ArcGIS Pro
Experience in .NET framework C# Python using ESRI libraries and SQL
Experience with spatial databases
Experience with realtime GIS applications and spatial data visualization
Knowledge of machine learning or AI as applied to geospatial datasets
Experience in a production/service environment
Working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
Strong analytical problemsolving and conceptual skills
