Ratan Agrawal is Head HR of R&D Hero MotoCorp, India and Global. Over the last 3 decades, he has headed Strategic HR and Organizational Development in multiple organizations sectors around the world.

Agrawal’s strategies have helped organizations in multi-cultural contexts and diverse industries. He has a strong track record of handling complex environments and the engagement and cultural transformation right from the unionized workforce, large scale conflicts and strikes to today’s millennial expectations and global knowledge workers and expat leadership.

He is the governing Committee Member of CII Northern India Chapter and serves many HR forums in leadership positions. He has been awarded by ISTD, AIMA and other fora for HR Practices and Change Management. He also represents the government bodies in an advisory capacity.

Being a certified ICC coach, he believes in the power of positivity and strives to make a difference in the lives of people through coaching.
