Kumar holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics, Political Science & Psychology and an MBA in HR from the University of Lucknow.

Over the course of her career, she has successfully crafted effective Compensation & Benefits programmes to align with the company’s vision and purpose. She has developed people policies and practices that resulted in high levels of engagement and enterprise in employees and strategically aligned with the management to steer the company’s business agenda through HR.
