Hema Mani, Regional Director, Lennox India Technology Centre, has 27 years of professional experience in areas such as Site Management, Human Resources functions Talent & Organization Development and Organization Risk Management.

She holds a BCom in Economics, Finance & Marketing, and an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.

Mani has been associated with Lennox India Technology for 11 years where she has been involved in setting up the start-up HR operations for the company. She also manages the talent pool across IT, IT service operations, IT infrastructure, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Financial Shared Services.

She also worked with Honeywell for over years as Head- Business HR – Aerospace, where she handled merging operations within Honeywell entities for HTS Turbo operations, interacted with business leaders and added HR impact through business imperatives.

Mani also served as an HR Executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 5 years.
