Radhika Pant, Human Resources Director, Dyninno India, is an HR thought leader with more than 13 years of experience working with KPO, BPO, Captive Units and Humanitarian Sectors.

Known as a trusted advisor to the management, she drives innovative HR practices which have received much recognition and accolades.

Pant has a BBA in Human Resources & Marketing, a PGDM in Marketing and has also pursued a certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak.

Her core competencies include setting up new businesses/offices – which involves – HRBP, Change Management, OD intervention, along with managing all the aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

She has previously worked in various capacities with organisations such as Serco, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) and Fareportal.
