Neha Tayshetye, National Head Talent Acquisition and D&I, Indus Towers Ltd, is a dynamic, high energy and insightful HR professional with extensive experience in all areas of HR.

She has expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition at all levels, business partnering and diversity & inclusion. She also has demonstrated strengths in employee life cycle management, driving engagement, succession planning, managing multiple stakeholders and innovative D&I initiatives.

She completed a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from Delhi University and a Masters of Business Administration in HR from Amity Business School, Noida.

Tayshetye has independently handled leadership hiring in all roles from GM and above, enriched and revamped the onboarding and induction process, launched a new Employee Referral program, launched e-joinings & e-induction plans during Covid and also conducted GET & MT hiring.

She was also associated with organisations such as Abbott Healthcare, Baxter Healthcare and Eli Lilly & Company India Pvt Ltd.
