Manashi Kumar, Head – Talent Acquisition at Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd (a Times of India group), has an HR career spanning over 20 years of industry experience.

As a corporate leader and HR strategist, she has been managing businesses and teams throughout her career, with a focus on creating winning teams and successful organisations. She has worked across a number of sectors and industries, from retail and data measurement, to broadcast, media and entertainment.

Manashi Kumar served as Chief of People & Strategy with BARC India, and Group Head & Senior Vice President of NEO Sports, where she was instrumental in transforming the organisation’s employer brand strategy. She has been an active member of the CHRO network, NHRD association, and AVIA as well as an Advisory Board members of GAMMA.
