Dr Pratima Sheorey, Former Director SCMHRD, Founder & Director, eVyaas Learning, has more than two and half decades of experience in academics, research and industry.

She has a PhD in Management from Symbiosis International (Deemed University) in Customer Engagement & Experiential Marketing. She is UGC NET qualified in Management and is also a qualified Independent Director as per MCA and has served on the Board of Yes Bank Ltd.

Dr Sheorey is a Strong Interest Inventory® Certified Professional, an Emotional Intelligence Coach and Practitioner, an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach and a Hypnosis Practitioner. She founded eVyaas Learning, an EdTech start-up recognised by DPIIT, Government of India.

Dr Sheorey has published over 32 research papers in internationally recognised and indexed journals and has more than 300 citations.

Her areas of research are customer engagement, crowdsourcing and crowdfunding, gig economy, online learning, employability, CSR and social impact, employability and career management.
