He is a seasoned professional and has 14 plus years of experience in handling various roles in HR including Recruitment, HR Operations and Total Rewards.

He has in-depth knowledge in compensation plans, long term incentives, stock purchase plans, HR Operations, planning & executing employee engagement & wellness activities, process automation & improvisation & recruitment.

He also has expertise in budgeting, payroll, creation of HRIS, process optimization & automation & other HR generalist activities thus covering the entire life cycle from employee joining and separation.

With an excellent understanding of SAP HR system, Oracle & Peoplesoft, he brings a good amount of System Analyst experience to the organization and helps them to find out the best industry practices.
