Mussarat Hussain is the Senior Advisor of Maruti Suzuki Training Academy. Mussarat is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from IILM Gurgaon and has remained the Head of Corporate HR & Head of Leadership & Functional School in his earlier role at Maruti Suzuki India Limited.

Mussarat has also been awarded Fr. Michael Van Den Bogaert Distinguished Alumni of XISS in 2020-21.

Mussarat holds has more than three decades of rich experience in HR Strategy, Corporate HR, Plant HR ER, Leadership Development, Compensation & Reward, etc in diverse Industries like Digital Equipment India Limited ( DEC), Eicher Ltd, HEG Limited, KHD Humboldt Wedag in the past.

He is a regular Guest Speaker at various B-School like IIM Ranchi, Jammu, Kashipur, SCMHRD Pune, Amity Noida, and so on. Mussarat has also been honored with Excellence Award 2020 for Leadership in L&D at the 21st National Management Summit.
