Seepika Singhal, General Manager, heading India Total Rewards at R1 RCM started her career in the field of HR as Compensation and Benefits Lead for HCL Technologies where she worked for five years and handled policies, benefits, bench-marking of compensation etc.

In 2012, she began her journey with Capgemini as Total Rewards Lead North America where her work dealt with core HR Activities such as HR Policies, Performance Management, HR transition during Mergers & Acquisitions and HR Process Automation.

She has also worked with Luminous Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd. focusing on the area of Total Rewards Framework aligning with business needs. Her next leadership position was at HT Media as Deputy General Manager.

She has handled Compensation and benefits for India, North America, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Middle East countries.
