Smrita Dubey is the Chief People Officer of Infocepts Technologies. She is a seasoned HR leader with sharp business acumen and rich experience in various leading organizations such as Infosys, Sterlite Technologies, Reliance Retail and Hewlett-Packard.

She has a BE in Computer Science and is an alumna of IIM Kozhikode, from where she graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration.

She has rich experience in all facets of HR including leadership development, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, people analytics, and driving organizational transformation.

In her current role, Dubey is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
