Maheshwari heads HR for FlexiLoans – a leading FinTech start-up in MSME digital lending space.

With Post-Graduate in Psychology and Executive Program in HR, she carries expertise and experience saddling every aspect of HR, having worked on People Strategy and Organisational Culture that leads to certification of Great Place to Work 2 years in a row to talent acquisitions, employee relations and other areas.

Prior to her work with FlexiLoans, Maheshwari worked as Senior Manager Human Resources with Magic Bus India Foundation.

Before this, she was Manager – Human Resources with Population Services International, where she was part of the HR team for Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Project & HQ.
