K Jayashubha, Chief People Officer, TVS Credit Service Limited, has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing and service industries.

She is a post-graduate in Human Resources from Madras University and has worked with companies such as Titan Industries Limited, Ford India, and Prasad Corporation.

At TVS Credit Service, she is in charge of setting up well-defined employee performance management systems, rewards and recognition platforms, HR metrics using HR analytics and various employee engagement programs.
During her stint with Titan Industries, she handled several assignments, including managing unions, negotiating wage settlements, and employee relations on the shop floor.

Her tenure with Ford Motor Company included setting up the recruitment process as well as the Diversity Committee for workers.

At Prasad Corporation, Jayashubha is credited with establishing and setting up the HR processes at a pan-India level, an industry-first that has gained her great acclaim.
