Aarti Srivastava has been appointed as the chief human resources officer for Capgemini India from 1st June. Before being appointed for this position, she was working as the CHRO for Business Services Global Business Line at Capgemini.
Srivastava will be in charge of the company’s growth and human capital plans throughout the country in his new capacity. She’s a seasoned people leader with over two decades of experience in human resources across several dimensions. Organizational design and development, employee experience, and leadership development are all areas in which she has worked. She has successfully implemented many global initiatives aimed at change management, mergers and acquisitions integration, and overall business expansion.

She has worked at FIS Corporation and Deutsche Bank in different HR leadership roles. She has an MPM in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), as well as certifications in ‘Strategic HR’ from NSU in Singapore and ‘Strategic Thinking’ from the London Business School.
