Navneet Rattan has been appointed as the Partner & COO, India, and Global Head of Product Development by Compport, the HR digital firm for compensation management, to drive growth and quicken expansion.
According to a press statement from the company, Navneet’s inclusion in the leadership team will help Compport achieve its goal of being the market leader in compensation technology by generating disproportionate value for both current and potential customers.
With almost two decades of experience in performance and rewards consulting, Navneet (ex-AON India Associate Partner) is qualified. He has expertise in the design and implementation of performance management systems, rewards strategies, benchmarking and design of compensation and benefits, and technology deployment.

From a compensation and benefits harmonisation perspective, he oversaw numerous due diligence/M&A projects. He also participated in audits for both pre-and post-merger work.
