Employee experience startup Berryworks has declared the appointment of Mukund Nair to its group as Head of Product. He comes from software development and innovation consultancy Nagarro, where he burned through eight years , first heading the learning and improvement work, then, at that point, as Director of HR.
Before that, his experience was on the designing side of the business, with innovation centered jobs at Sapient and a spell as a product designer at HCL Technologies.
Berryworks was established in 2020 by CEO Swati Bakshi and COO Abhishek Mundhra.
Settled in the US, it has $200,000 in financing according to Crunchbase measurements. Its fundamental item is an automated employee voice solution that ceaselessly gauges employee sentiments.
