Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has declared that Pushp Kumar Joshi assumed control over the part of the new Chairman and Managing Director. Before this, Joshi was HR Director at the organization and was serving as the interim head in the absence of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
The oil refining and fuel market giants affirmed this in an articulation, additionally reporting that he would replace Mukesh Kumar Surana, who was out-dated from his administration in April 30,2022.
The ACC, headed by the Prime Minister, has now affirmed his appointment and presently he will officially take over as the Chairman and Managing Director, alongside the extra charge of Marketing Director at HPCL.
“During his vocation, Joshi held key portfolios in HR capacities viz. leader chief HRD and Head HR of Marketing Division. As Director-HR, he has been answerable for administering the plan and organization of key human asset approaches and methodologies while driving HR practices that are representative, situated and pointed toward building elite execution culture,” the assertion said.
Joshi, 58, has been in the leading group of HPCL for very nearly 10 years now.
Joshi did his Bachelor of Law from Andhra University. He additionally finished his Doctorate in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
