Fintech organization BharatPe has designated Smriti Handa as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Already, Handa was HR Head, Reckitt Hygiene-SoA prior to taking over as global talent acquisition director.
In her new job, Handa will be working intimately with the senior administration group at BharatPe and will zero in on reinforcing the hierarchical culture and HR practices in the organization with the target of building BharatPe as a business of decision. This is the principal key administration arrangement by BharatPe this year.
A graduate of SRCC, Delhi University and MDI, Gurgaon; Handa has immense experience across associations like Reckitt, Philips and Airtel, in worldwide and nearby jobs.
