This FDA approved news will hopefully provides a way towards a confident move of going back to the normal. For getting full licensure, Pfizer needs to provide more information about their complete manufacturing process and other facilities. They also need to submit an in-depth FDA-inspection report.
Recent reports also suggest that the Moderna’s covid-19 vaccine is is estimated to receive a complete FDA approval sooner.
The recent trend of compulsory vaccination
In the last one month, it has been noticed that more employers are making vaccination mandate because of the fast spreading new virus called ‘Delta’. Employees now must confirm their double vaccinations and get tested for any symptoms noticed. Also, physical distance must be maintained in the office premises. In US and other global nations, the Federal, state and local government has now implemented even stricter norms for covid-19 vaccinations, test and others safety related policies.
As per reports the openness to mandate is still an issue with several employers. They think that the vaccination mandate would cause a potential impact on the business culture and also the employee morale. Possibilities of more employees forwarding their resignation in a tight labour market can probably increase.
An Indian attorney named, Devjani Mishra from New York City said in a statement that the employers must gather all types of information of a particular worker, regarding his or her employment related decisions, the number of vaccinations he or she has taken, understanding the complete work process, addressing their obstacles to vaccination, evaluation of industry trends, taking care of the employees safety and health concerns and so on.
