Hyderabad based HR staffing and recruitment company BigLeap Technologies and Solutions has reportedly announced plans to add 6000 employees by 2021, putting the total number of employees at 10000.
According to reports, the company also laid out plans to double its turnover in the coming two years.
Commenting on the development, Vinay Kotra, Co-Founder and Director of BigLeap Technologies said, “With an increasing demand for staffing services, expansion has become necessary. Our commitment to expanding staffing services comes at a critical moment as the Covid-19 pandemic has created tremendous stress in employability, and employee optimization for our clients.”
He also emphasized the importance of having the correct teams in place, pointing out that high attrition continues to plague corporate organisations with 23% of small businesses failing because of not having good teams.
Kotra also added, “We have been growing at 65% YoY, and in the next 2 years, we aim to double our current turnover of Rs 100 crore”.
BigLeap Technologies manages the HR duties for several top clients across various industries, including Flipkart, Myntra, Ola, ITC Infotech, KreditBee, Rapido, Bounce, PVR Cinemas and Café Coffee Day.
