Airtel Payments Bank has appointed Manish Pandey as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Pandey will head the Information and digital protection practice for the Airtel Payments Bank and report to Pradeep Rangi, chief risk officer of the bank.
In this job, he will be answerable for presenting, executing, and keeping up with safe data security practices to reinforce the security structure for the bank. He will likewise lead the administrative commitment, administration, and review matters relating to data security at the bank.
Pandey has more than 12 years of involvement across various areas with mastery in IT and network safety, digital regulation, and information insurance. Prior to joining the bank, he was working with Paytm Payments Bank.
He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI). He has finished his Master’s in Information Security and Cyber Law from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, UP.
