Saurabh’s new role will see him supervising the company’s tech team’s further expansion as well as enhancing Syfe’s employer brand externally. Syfe’s hiring is part of the company’s intention to expand its workforce in India as it expands across the region in 2022.
Saurabh Seth has been named the new Head of Talent Acquisition for India at digital investment platform Syfe. The new hire is part of Syfe’s strategy to extend its staff in India, with the company aiming for accelerated growth across South Asia by 2022.
Saurabh’s new role will see him overseeing the company’s tech team’s further expansion as well as enhancing Syfe’s employer brand externally. He’d also be tasked with updating the company’s HR procedures in order to recruit the top candidates and enhance the candidate experience.

Saurabh Seth, an industry veteran with over 15 years of expertise in technical recruiting, has assisted organisations such as Uber, Amazon, Walmart Labs, Flipkart, Ola, Myntra, Swiggy, and Yahoo in discovering tech talent. Prior to joining Skype, he was an Associate Vice President at Careernet Consulting, where he was in charge of HR strategy for various start-ups in the United States and Asia-Pacific.

The Singapore-based firm has an 80-person team in India, with plans to expand further in 2022. Syfe has raised a total of USD$52 million, including $30 million in a recent Series B fundraising round led by Valar Ventures, which is funded by Peter Thiel.
